Currently, all of our partner clinics are located in the Izmir region of Turkey. Izmir is Turkey's third largest city and a popular vacation destination because of its seafront promenades, outdoor cafes and bazaars, ancient ruins, and warm Mediterranean climate. One of the oldest human settlements, Izmir's history dates back over 8,000 years. Today, Izmir blends its storied, multicultural past with a vibrant port city and tourist destination
Appropriately, Izmir has been a center for healing since ancient times. In ancient Greece, Izmir hosted healing centers, sacred pools, and ritual sites dedicated to Asclepius, the Greek god of medicine (who is the inspiration for the famous medical symbol!). These ruins can still be visited in Pergamon and Kos, both accessible from Izmir

We'll spend an hour getting to know you, what you're looking for, and answering your questions

Based on what you share with us, we'll create custom travel and treatment options

We'll all connect again to discuss your options and then you can decide between them on your own time

Meet your providers
Our care providers are happy to connect via Zoom so you can make as informed a decision as possible

Prepare at home
Once you pick an package, we'll send you a checklist of how to prepare and schedule regular calls to touch base

Take off!
Head to the airport and queue up some movies for your flight!

Connect with locals
Shortly after you land, your local guide and/or translator will contact you to help you get settled in

Receive your treatment
We'll arrange travel to get you to the clinic, where you'll meet with the same care providers you spoke to online and begin treatment!

Rest up (and have fun?)
Once you're done, get comfortable in your hotel for whatever recovery period is required. And, if you want to extend your trip, explore the area

Dr. Ayhan Korkmaz brings over 20 years of medical experience and healthcare leadership in Turkey.
